Custom fees may apply to countries other than those included in EU. In case they need to be satisfied upon delivery or return, those will be paid by the customer.
Orders to Spain are sent via Correos Express and the rest of the world are sent via UPS or DHL.

You have 15 days to request any return or exchange. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Spain: the cost of the exchange or return is 4,95€ (VAT included). Shipping label will be sent by the brand after customer covers shipping costs.

We do not refund shipping costs (or customs charges) in any case.
All products must be in perfect conditions in order to be changed or returned. KUMI Sneakers will not accept any product that shows signs of use or damaged.
KUMI Sneakers will not take charge of any taxes related to the returning package.
The sneakers care is simple; you can clean them with a wet rag or wet wipes.
Do not put them in the washing machine.
